OFFICIAL’S GRADING

The grading system for Karting Australia Officials is made up of four levels with Grade 4 being the starting level and Grade 1 being the highest level.

Assessment is competency based so progress is up to the Official and their capabilities.

Grade 1 – National Official (May run and control a National Level Race Meeting)
Grade 2 – State Official (May run and control a Zonal and State Level Race Meeting)
Grade 3 – Club Chief Official (May run and control a Club Level Race Meeting)
Grade 4 – General Official (May assist a Club Chief Official in the running of Club Level Race Meetings)
