Responsible for the financial wellbeing of their clubs, Treasurers often go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure ends meet. It’s not an easy job. It’s usually unpaid, often thankless. But so incredibly important. As a society, we’re in their – and your – debt.
The Commonwealth Bank Not-for-Profit Sector Banking and the Institute for Community Directors Australia has published a great booklet called Dam Good Advice For Treasurers as a part of the CommunitySmart program.
