You should have several aims through having a communications plan and need to identify your audiences, as a guide they should be:
- Club Members
- Potential Club Members
- Local Media
- Karting Media
- Motorsport Media
It helps you with checks and balances along the way and when it comes time for your monthly Committee or Board Meeting, you can easily reference the targets and outcomes from your communications plan.
Like any plan, it should be fluid and updated on a regular basis.
